paintings, we tell a story of the many stages a person
might stumble through in their journey.
- Nothing pleases me… I want to cry.
- Between the minute I embrace oblivion and the minute
I try to experience it, massacres unfold within me,
relentless and ceaseless.
- At home, I sit—neither sad nor happy.
- When the fascination fades, we come to the realization
that what once was, never really was.
In the end, we understand that we must close the eye
s of emotions and the heart, and open the eyes of reality.
From here, we see that goodness is bound to prevail, and that
every trial we face is, in essence, a blessing in disguise
